Nazeer Henna is a 100% natural and organically grown dye that is imported from Egypt & packed in Australia. Nazeer Henna is cruelty free, chemical free and contains no additives.

Henna penetrates the hair shaft colouring, adding shine and at the same time improving the texture of the hair - Nazeer henna will gradually fade in 8-9 weeks. It is safe to use on permed or tinted hair - the colour will be intensified if used on hair that has been bleached or has more than 20% grey hair.

Standard Red is a lively glossy auburn.

Ingredients: Lawsonia Inermis (Henna)

For the best results avoid using metal utensils & use rubber gloves.
As NAZEER HENNA contains no chemicals, it relies on three important components to ensure its success, heat moisture & time.

A 100gm bag of Henna will cover hair to shoulder length. Two bags are recommended for longer hair. For best results the hair needs to be well coated. There need be no waste. Any mixture left over can be dried out and reconstituted with your next application.
1. Mix the Henna with boiling water and lemon juice, 1-2 lemons. Lemon juice because Henna is attracted to acidity. The lemon juice will not have any effect on the end colour result. The amount of water varies slightly with each batch, 230-250ml is usually enough. It needs to be about the thickness of yoghurt.
2. Wash the hair with shampoo only, no conditioner,
(Henna is a conditioner) and DRY the hair. Henna applied to wet hair will lose essential heat.
3. Apply the mixture to the head as hot as possible, without burning, of course! Paint the paste on to the hair from the roots out to the ends. Hair must be well coated.
If the mixture starts to cool, sit the bowl in a pan of hot water, or microwave.
4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and then a towel, it must be kept as warm as possible. do not apply heat with a hair dryer. The warmth from the head provides sufficient heat. The longer the henna is left in, the more intensity and depth to the end result. Two to three hours minimum is recommended, especially for first time users. 1-2 hours for CLEAR Henna.
5. Rinse well, adding conditioner to assist removal. The henna clings to the hair, oxidising, for up to three days and hair may feel a little gritty for a day or two. This is quite normal and the hair will become more soft and lustrous after a wash or two.
